For the past few months, I've been trying to step out of my music comfort zone. My favorite genre is dance-pop. However, last Wednesday I listened to If It Was You by Tegan and Sara. I am already familiar with their pop albums, but not their older indie rock albums. While a little short, I think it's a really good album! I think my favorite tracks from the album are "Time Running" and "Monday Monday Monday". I also listened to my 90s rock playlist which includes songs such as Ironic by Alanis Morissette, "Spiderwebs" by No Doubt, and "Did It Again" by Kylie Minogue.
Before this year, the only rock music I listened to was Paramore. Now I'm listening to a bunch of different rock sub genres like alternative rock, pop punk, britpop, and power pop. I expect my Spotify wrapped to be very interesting this year.
