I continued my day by watching some more of the Batman animated series, but this time I decided to just do a quick sketch in a little notebook I had by my desk. I just doodled whatever came to mind and wanted to create a quick campsite with some figures dancing in the fire. I don't have much experience with higher quality ink pen drawings, but I enjoy doing quick 10-15 minutes sketches while I'm watching a show.
Finishing up a few more episodes, I realized I needed to do some more excercises for one of my online classes. I created a quick, dynamic piece in Adobe Illustrator using only the letter "W". It was a fun, quick excercise and I enjoyed making different forms and shapes with just one letter. My favorite part about this was the gated structure that I put along the side and bottom of the piece, and it's a kind of excercise that I'd like to explore again in my free time.
